Who we are
You do not have to drive to a hospital campus for interventional pain care. Dr. Alvin Antony and Dr. Jennifer Yap are board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation. Dr. Antony is also board-certified in pain medicine, with fellowship training in sports and spine at Hospital for Special Surgery. This clinic focuses on diagnosis and non-operative treatment: injections, nerve procedures, EMG, regenerative options, and independent medical evaluations.

Workers’ compensation and auto injury
If you were hurt on the job or in a crash, this Rocky Mount office handles workers’ comp and accident-related pain. IMEs and second opinions are available. New-patient and workers’ comp forms are on the Forms page. Injections and procedures are not done at the first visit; insurance pre-approval is required.
