Who we are
Forest Hills is Wilson’s medical corridor. Carolina Sports and Spine sits there as a smaller, diagnosis-first clinic. Dr. Antony and Dr. Yap provide interventional pain, EMG, and musculoskeletal care without requiring a hospital visit for every injection. If surgery is truly needed, we help you understand that — we do not start there.
Conditions we treat in Wilson
Low back and neck pain, radicular pain, post-surgical spine pain, sciatica, stenosis-related pain, hip/knee/shoulder pain, neuropathy, CRPS, cervicogenic headaches, trigger points, compression fractures, sports and work injuries.
Procedures and services
Epidurals, facet and medial branch procedures, RFA, SI injections, kyphoplasty, SCS trials, joint injections, EMG/NCS, workers’ compensation, auto-accident care, and IMEs.
Work and accident injuries
Wilson-area patients hurt at work or in a car accident can be seen here for pain management and independent exams. Forms are on the site. First visits are evaluations, not procedure days.

How to get started
Request an appointment, call (252) 442-4024, or use the patient portal if you already have an account.
If you are in North Carolina, you can also be seen by virtual visit for follow-ups and evaluations. Injections and other procedures are still done here in the office — just write “virtual visit” when you request an appointment.
